Summary: Facilitate the conceptualization of the Africa Women CEO Network. The specific deliverables include: Business Concept design, Business Plan, Creation of SOPs, and Programs Design.

Gender Strategy

Role: Sub-Contractor, Heifer

Summary: Development of the Heifer International-Africa Gender Strategy compassing 10 countries to provide a binding framework for gender-transformative programming from the point of design to monitoring and evaluation throughout every phase of project management.

The specific deliverables include:

Institutional Capacity Strengthening

Role: Sub-Contractor, Nigerian Police Force Gender Unit

Summary: The creation of a robust monitoring system for the gender unit of the Nigerian police force to coordinate effective child protection and sexual and gender-based violence response. The Institutional capacity-strengthening deliverables address the implementation gap and operationalization of the Child Rights Act and the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act. The phased deliverables include leading and supporting the team in:

Role: Consultant, Women in Leadership Advancement Network (WILAN)

Summary: Leading of a 3-year strategic planning process, clarity session, and capacity. The specific deliverables include:

🔸Development of concept note with vision, mission, and theory of change framework 3-year Strategic Plan,
🔸Development of Annual Workplan, Programs design, Performance Measurement Framework(s), and Staff Capacity-building.

Organizational Building

Role: Head of Operations, Women Impacting Nigeria

Summary: This entailed building a women-led organization relying on sustainable structures to deliver change. The specific deliverables include: Managing the day-to-day operations, reframing the organizational vision, mission, and theory of change, 3-year strategic planning, annual operational planning, development of SOPs, Programs redesign, Volunteer and Membership programs design, Resource mobilization planning, Board mapping.
